BougeBouge Festival in Gatineau 2021

The objectives of the BougeBouge Festival in Gatineau 2021 are simple:

1- Make Gatineau the most active city in Quebec.

2- Connect residents and sports service providers near their homes.

3- Connect communities while respecting public health measures.

Each of the 18 districts of the city will be on the move during 3 Saturdays and Sundays (10-11, 17-18 and 24-25) in July 2021. All citizens will have the opportunity to discover the sports activities offered in the parks. from their house. While respecting public health guidelines, the festival will feature local actors in physical activity. Each district will offer free sports programming based on local service providers: karate centers, soccer associations, schools of yoga, dance, etc.

In short, the Festival BougeBouge Gatineau 2021 was designed to stimulate and train people in the concept of motivation which puts at the heart of its actions the education of the need for autonomy, the development of the feeling of competence and the need for social connection. .
