Enjoy the warmer temperatures of September and discover this superb course sanctioned Gold by the Quebec Athletics Federation, allowing qualification for the Boston Marathon.
Invite family and friends and choose a distance from 1km to 42.2km.
It is a non-profit organization founded and led by two-time Olympic triathlete Kathy Tremblay.
Our organization aims to prevent physical dropout among teenagers, young families, and retirees by bringing together people interested in active living in our communities.
All of our initiatives are based on the principle of self-motivations and centre on education, autonomy, the development of a sense of competence, and the need for social connection.

Bib pick up and new registration

Note:
- Arrive with your confirmation number in hand.
- A colleague can pick up bibs for a group.
- A limited quantity of new registrations will be available, first come, first served. Please note that the price may vary from one event to another, with generally higher rates for last-minute registrations, once taxes and platform fees are taken into account.
- Only exceptional cases that were unable to collect their bib on the pre-race pick-up day can do so on the day of the event at Quai 5160 near the starting line.
Registration fees
- Ticket prices: see the box office at the bottom of the page.
- Prices will increase by $5 per month during the 90 days prior to the event.
- A platform fee of $2.95 +3% of the transaction as well as GST and QST will be added to your order.
- Online registration closes 10 days before the event in order to print your names on the bibs

- New registration by bank transfer, during the number collection period only.
- Online ticketing: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
Bib number transfer policy
You can make a free bib transfer during the bib pick-up period with proof of payment of the ticket to be exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
- Race tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by BougeBouge. In this case, BougeBouge will refund the ticket price and the service fee charged at the time of purchase.
Included in race registration
- A finisher’s prize will be given to you at the finish line and can vary according to the season such as: a cap, a toque, a bandana, a key chain, a t-shirt etc. The organizers reserve a surprise for all the races.
- The photographers will publish a photo album of the event on our Facebook page! Like our Facebook page in order to receive notifications of uploaded photos!

Clear Instructions for Race Participants:
1. Finish Line for Participants:
- All participants who finish the race must use the **left corridor**.
- The **right space** is reserved for athletes continuing their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th laps of 10.55 km per loop.
2. Starting Points:
- The start of the **21.1 km and 42.2 km** races is under the finish arch.
- The start of the **10 km** race is 550 meters ahead of the finish arch.
- The start of the **5 km** race is on the other side of the bike path near the starting point of the 10 km race.
- All starting points will be indicated by the color of your bib.
3. Identification and Instructions for 10 km Runners:
- 10 km runners must start with a **yellow snap bracelet**, which will be given to you at registration for recognition on the course.
- At the finish line, remember to **keep to the left** to pass over the red carpet.
4. Instructions for Half Marathon and Marathon Runners:
- Runners starting the 21.1 km will receive a **red snap bracelet** indicating 21 km when they pass under the arch starting their 2nd loop.
- 42.2 km marathon runners will receive a **second blue snap bracelet** at the beginning of their 3rd loop.
- The time limit to complete the marathon course is 6 hours after the last start (chip time). However, participants must maintain a minimum pace of 8 minutes and 32 seconds per kilometer. Any participant unable to maintain this minimum pace will be removed from the race. For Verdun, we will close the course after the 3rd loop if you do not meet the time limit. You will not be able to start your 4th and final loop.

Checkroom
- There is no checkroom for this purpose. We suggest that you leave your belongings and equipment in your car or in the company of a trusted person.
- Parking and public transportation
- You can park at the circus school at 5190 Bd LaSalle, Verdun, QC H4H 1N8. You can also take buses 31, 63, 67, 131 and get off at the Laurier/Verdun stop.
Toilets
There are toilets located at the start and finish (inside or chemical toilet) as well as on the route see the mymap
Eco-responsibility and community outreach initiatives
- Please put your garbage in the proper recycling bins.
- Do not throw garbage or masks on the ground during your activity.
- We are working hard to ensure that all our events meet our eco-responsible goals.

- You can make a free bib transfer during the bib pick-up period with proof of payment of the ticket to be exchanged.
Listener - The Quebec Athletics Federation does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. If you wish to run with music, you must be able to hear outside sounds such as a runner asking you to yield or a volunteer giving you instructions. This is for your safety and the safety of other participants and volunteers.
The run course
The race will take place on the bike path along the river. On the MYMAP link HERE, you will find the starting and finishing points of the course, the mile markers and the map of the site.
Timing
The timing of the course is done by the company sportstats. By clicking on this link, you will find your results.
The results will be classified by age category (U5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, … until 60 years +)
Water station
One or more refreshment stations will be available on the course. Check the “MyMap” tab to see the location of the aid stations on the course.
Course Certification
All our running events are done with the Quebec Athletic Federation (FAQ). The 5km-10km-21.1km and 42.2Km distances are GOLD certified by the Quebec Athletic Federation (FAQ).
