It is a non-profit organization founded and led by two-time Olympic triathlete Kathy Tremblay.
Our organization aims to prevent physical dropout among teenagers, young families, and retirees by bringing together people interested in active living in our communities.
All of our initiatives are based on the principle of self-motivations and centre on education, autonomy, the development of a sense of competence, and the need for social connection.

Bib number pick-up
- DATE: Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM LOCATION: MAXI Lebourneuf, 350 Bouvier Street, Quebec, QC G2J 1R8
Bib Transfer Policy
You can make a free bib transfer during the bib pick-up period with proof of payment of the ticket to be exchanged and proof of payment.
Registration fees
Ticket price: see the ticket office at the bottom of the page.
Prices will increase by $5 per month for the 90 days prior to the event.
A platform fee of $2.95 + 3% of the transaction as well as GST and QST will be added to your order.
Online registration closes the Thursday before the event.
Methods of payment
New registration by bank transfer, during the bib pick-up period only.
Online ticketing: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
Cancellation policy
Race tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by BougeBouge. In this case, BougeBouge will refund the ticket price and the service fee charged at the time of purchase.
Included in the registration
A finisher’s prize will be given to you at the finish line and may vary depending on the season, such as: a cap, a toque, a bandana, a key chain, a t-shirt, etc. The organizers reserve a surprise for all the races.
Photographers will publish a photo album of the event on our Facebook page! Please like our Facebook page to receive notifications when photos are posted online!
Headphones
The Quebec Track and Field Federation does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. If you wish to run with music, you must be able to hear outside sounds such as a runner asking you to give way or a volunteer giving you instructions. This is for your safety and the safety of other participants and volunteers. Due to the complexity of the course, its stairs and narrow corridors, strollers will not be allowed to enter the event.
Checkroom
There will be rolling racks located in the open area near the Ricardo store. Please note that we are not responsible for loss or theft if you choose to leave your belongings there.
Toilets
- In all public areas and the food fair, please observe the public signs.
Water station:
There will be a water stations on the course and a snack will be offered at the finish.
Timing
- The timing of the course is done by the company sportstats. By clicking on this link, you will find your results.
- The results will be classified by age category (U5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, … up to 60 years +)
- The starts will be done by wave
- Red: less than 29 minutes
- Yellow: 30-34 minutes
- Blue: 35-45 minutes
- Green: 46 minutes and more
Certification du parcours
All of our running events are run under the umbrella of the Ontario Track and Field Federation (OFA).
Parking and public transportation:
- Entrance between Ricardo and Madame Chose near the “E” entrance
Eco-responsibility
- Do not litter during your activity.
- Please put the waste in the proper recycling bins.
