With the collaboration of my friend and coach Dorys Langlois, a very well known running coach, we are pleased to offer you “The covid19 Training Plan”.

We offer you a few training templates until Sunday, April 5th to be done alone and respecting the safety rules imposed by covid19. Keep moving, but please avoid contact with others, go running in the morning, avoid bike paths and find new running routes that are not very busy.
