Social engagement and BougeBouge corporate challenge with Tardif Group

Like attracts like: Join us for a BougeBouge challenge or adventure!

The BougeBouge program, also known as a “challenge” or “corporate adventure”, encourages an active lifestyle for employees. Participants can choose their running or walking distance, sign up as a team and aim for a collective goal, promoting health and well-being at work. BougeBouge simplifies registration via a downloadable Excel file, offering a group discount of up to 15% when the team registers online. In addition, participants benefit from free training plans and can create in-house initiatives. A company area at the event is also available. This initiative strengthens team cohesion and promotes a dynamic corporate culture focused on well-being.

Participation process

How does it work? On the BougeBouge website, the company or its representative can register its employees for the distance of their choice for running or walking, thus playing a leadership role in motivating its team to form teams and achieve a common goal, such as covering a certain distance all together, whether walking or running.

For example, to reach 100KM, Julie signs up for the 5km walk, Olivier for the 10km run, Marc-André for the 42km marathon and Damien for the 1km walk. In total, they have clocked up 58 km and we’re still recruiting.

The use of the Excel file and online registration:

BougeBouge has recently prepared an Excel file on each event page, which can be used to collect information from interested participants and their preferred distance. The company or its representative can then register directly on our website, benefiting from an automatic 15% discount for group registrations.

Use of training plans and in-house initiatives:

Each registered participant can also take advantage of the free training plans on the BougeBouge website or personally create in-house initiatives to prepare as a team for walking or running.

Rewards and objectives achieved:

On the day of the event, every participant crossing the finish line will receive a reward.

In this way, the challenge fosters the creation of a corporate culture focused on well-being, and strengthens team cohesion through camaraderie and the sharing of common goals relating to health and physical well-being.

Frequent questions

When you fill in your Excel file, note the distance and the event chosen by your colleague. This will enable you to have all the information you need at hand when you enter it on the web platform to facilitate mass registration and make a single payment by company credit card.

Once you’ve completed the Excel file, you use it to make the online registrations for your team yourself. You don’t send it to anyone; you use it as a tool to enter your colleagues’ names and details at the same time, and to make a one-off payment to get the automatic discount.

When you register all your colleagues online, using your Excel file to help you enter the information, you select the distance for each colleague. For example, you could enter 10 entries for a 5 km walk, 5 entries for a 10 km run, 6 entries for a 21 km half-marathon and 2 entries for a full marathon. When you’re ready, add the names of your colleagues and their details next to the distance you’ve chosen.

Then you pay online using your company credit card via PayPal to secure the transaction. Just below the PayPal option, you select payment by credit card, which automatically triggers a discount in the basket as soon as you reach 5 registrations.

Another option is to contact us to receive a personalised discount code so that each employee can register individually and pay for their ticket. To do this, you must guarantee that we have at least 10 employees who wish to register. Please note that we will not follow up with you on the number of registrations from members of your company.

There is no deadline for registration. However, the price is lowest more than 3 months before the event. Thereafter, prices increase by $5 per month. What’s more, you have to register more than 10 days before the event to receive a personalised bib with your name and distance. Online registration closes on the Thursday before the event.
